  4. Next add the potato, tomato, and fry it for a minute, mixing them well. Add 1/2 cup water and cover with a lid. Cook until potato is tender..
  5. When the potatoes has soften, add the chicken to the wok and mix well. Season with salt if needed. Serve hot..
